Refund policy

Due to the nature of products (e.g. Mystery items ), we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final, and refunds are not provided for change of mind or accidental purchases. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and proof of damged item (e.g photo or video). We will replace item on a case-by-case basis; additional shipping fees will have to be paid.
